Pastry Team Member Opportunity

At The Wickaninnish Inn, we're seeking a skilled Baker to join our Pastry Team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll have the chance to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property recognized for its exceptional service and AAA 4-Diamond Resort status.

Our Pastry Department is dedicated to producing high-quality, scratch-made items, including artisan breads, pastries, scones, muffins, cookies, and various types of dough. We're committed to using a bounty of seasonal products to drive our culinary philosophy.

Responsibilities:

  • Be passionate about your craft and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Be available to work AM shifts.

What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of $20.00, paid overtime, and the opportunity to grow with our team.
