About the Role

  • Evaluate and analyze complex risks for new and existing businesses, ensuring effective pricing and portfolio quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering and claims teams, to develop strategic recommendations and identify key trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients to provide exceptional service and drive business growth.
  • Maintain delegated authority limits and refer high-risk cases to specialists for further review.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management and underwriting.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance production, preferably in property and casualty insurance.
  • Hold or be working towards CIP or FCIP designations.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis, pricing, and product development in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and commercial insurance systems.
