About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Logistics to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the transformation of our worldwide PAA distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational excellence in our distribution centres.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our distribution centres.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in logistics and distribution centre operations.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
