About You

To be considered for this position, you must have a strong background in culinary arts and previous experience working in a restaurant setting. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ordering as necessary to avoid stockouts.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, reporting any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
