Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve business processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Design and implement business solutions using various technologies and tools.
- Develop and maintain business documentation, including business cases, requirements documents, and technical specifications.
- Conduct business process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement metrics and monitoring systems to measure business performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new business systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis and systems implementation.
- Expert-level knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems, including enterprise architecture and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with business process re-engineering and improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as Zachman Framework.
- Knowledge of business architecture and data management principles.
- Experience with business process modeling and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics tools and technologies.
