We are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Sales Consultant to enhance our Individual Life insurance product sales within the assigned region. This individual will train, coach, motivate, and support various distribution channels and business units in developing plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote a full range of Life Insurance solutions to Advisors and Managing General Agent (MGA) partners.
2. Provide proactive sales and business building ideas, understanding Advisor goals, and aligning their needs with our insurance solutions.
3. Manage sales growth and foster positive business relationships within the defined region.
4. Monitor and measure competitive products, processes, technology, and marketing tools to fulfill the needs of Advisor clients, recommending changes to improve sales and service practices.
5. Participate in seminars, trade shows, and meetings to enhance awareness of CUMIS Life products, including staying current with industry trends, product changes, and Credit Union markets.
To excel in this role, you will need to remain focused and optimistic in the pursuit of a goal, despite barriers, until the objective is achieved. You will also build plans focused on expanding market penetration and apply an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies, with a client-centric lens.
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in Wholesale Life insurance sales, a post-secondary diploma in a related field, and a Life license. They will also possess expert knowledge of the Life insurance industry, Life insurance products, and advanced sales concepts.
