Job Title: Travel Consultant

About the Role:

As a Travel Consultant at Traventions Travel & Tourism, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while assisting them in planning and booking their travel arrangements. Your expertise in the travel industry will be essential in recommending suitable products and services to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to other financial transactions, such as plane tickets and travel insurance
- Recommend suitable products and services to clients
- Investigate new travel areas, hotels, and other amenities
- Perform general office duties
- Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
- Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing systems
- Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options, and travel costs

Requirements:

- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience in the travel industry an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
