Job Title: VP of Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary VP of Enterprise Architecture to lead our Global Architecture & Platforms Department. As a key member of our Technology leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our global architecture vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team responsible for shared platforms and practices that empower technology teams
  • Collaborate with the CIO and Technology leadership team to co-create and accelerate the implementation of global architecture vision
  • Establish a governance framework that enables teams to make architectural decisions locally while ensuring alignment with the greater context
  • Leverage expertise in architecture, enterprise API and integration, and engineering practices and tools to establish communities of practice and oversee the evolution of technology systems and processes
  • Accelerate the implementation of global architecture blueprint, fostering innovation and enabling the achievement of long-term strategic goals
Requirements:
  • Firm understanding of various software development lifecycles, including SCRUM, agile, and waterfall
  • Experience with setting up distributed architecture governance, work management, version control software, testing automation, and DevOps principles and methodologies
  • Strong technical skills, including software development languages and tools, API management and integration software, and experience with leveraging DORA metrics
