Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
- Licensed, or eligible for licensure, with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN)
- Current registration with the NSCN
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a critical care or medical/surgical unit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
