  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources, including personnel and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of key departments and senior leadership roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set strategic goals for the organization and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  • Act as the organization's representative, or appoint delegates to represent the organization in negotiations or official engagements.
  • Choose middle management, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working environments.
  • Implement financial and administrative oversight; develop and sanction marketing strategies; and approve comprehensive human resources planning.
