Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President to lead our operations in the wholesale metal products sector. This role is crucial for the strategic direction and operational excellence of our organization.

Job Details

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
  • Language Proficiency: English
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage allocation of resources including materials, personnel, and finances to execute organizational strategies.
  • Authorize the creation of key departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Oversee coordination among various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational goals and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate authority to representatives.
  • Recruit middle management and executive staff, empowering them with the necessary authority and fostering optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; approve marketing initiatives and overall human resources strategies.
