We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our driven and fast-paced sales team at Advantage Flooring and Painting. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our services to homeowners in the area.

Job Summary

This is a part-time contract position that requires 20-25 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for engaging with homeowners, taking down information, and following up on potential leads. In return, you will receive a competitive commission pay and full training on our sales scripts and techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • K knock on doors and engage in conversations with homeowners about home improvements and upgradations
  • Take down information of homeowners who are potentially interested in a free consultation
  • Follow the routes set by your team leader
  • Report back at the end of the session with questions, results, etc.
Requirements:
  • Ability to transport yourself to and from work
  • 20-25 hours per week of availability
  • Must have a smartphone to use company applications
  • No sales experience required but considered an asset
