Restaurant Operations Manager

Eazyfoods Inc. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Cost products and services, ensuring optimal profitability
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient stock management
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best deals
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, driving revenue growth
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and services
  • Lead and instruct individuals, developing a high-performing team
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player
