Job Title: Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Operations Manager to join our team at No 26 Great Projects Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling staff and managing inventory.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service and sales techniques.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The role requires you to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. You will also be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
