Chief Facilities Officer

We are expanding our executive team and seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to optimize our operational processes and drive growth initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will ensure operational excellence across all business segments, supporting our strategic vision and leading our expansion efforts.

Oversee the company's operational practices, ensuring each division runs smoothly and aligns with projected plans and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance management and operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Operations Officer or a similar senior management role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing multiple aspects of a business.
  • Strong operational experience and an excellent track record in strategic planning and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MSc/MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
