Pharmaceutical Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Process Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on process procedures and quality control protocols.
- Identify and report potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
This role requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort, such as dust, loud noise, and bright lights. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and required to be worn at all times.
