We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Revenue Officer to join our team at Structube. As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in driving our revenue growth and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, starting at $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including group insurance paid 100% by Structube (Vision & Dental), telemedicine and stress management programs, discounts at various merchants, and a 25% discount on regular-priced items from STRUCTUBE.
Job DescriptionThe Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for implementing the vision, strategy, framework, standards, and guidelines of STRUCTUBE. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives;
- Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met by sales teams in stores and online;
- Monitoring sales performance through data analysis of key KPIs and reporting;
- Using insights from sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies;
- Identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities within the sales data;
- Overseeing customer satisfaction and making recommendations to other departments to improve customer retention and loyalty;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with business functions;
- Managing the sales budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting;
- Monitoring sales activities to ensure they are cost-effective and contribute to profitability;
- Providing regular reports to senior leadership, including updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives;
- Developing sales training programs to help sales teams achieve goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, accounting, or a related field;
- Graduate university degree or MBA (an asset);
- At least 10 years of experience in retail industry and sales management;
- Mandatory bilingualism (proficiency in oral and written French and English);
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of organization;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a graduate degree or MBA being an asset. At least 10 years of experience in sales management and retail industry are necessary for this position. Mandatory bilingualism in both French and English is also required.
