About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Care Assistant to join our team at Zimmerman Family. As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to our clients, promoting their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and other aspects of personal hygiene, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, taking into account any dietary restrictions or requirements.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, engaging them in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this role.
  • At least 1 month of experience in a related field, with equivalent experience also being considered.
  • Candidates must be non-smokers and willing to work in a live-in arrangement if necessary.
Work Environment

Our Home Health Care Assistants work in a variety of settings, including private homes and assisted living facilities. They may be required to travel to different locations, using public transportation if necessary. Our team members are expected to be punctual, reliable, and flexible, with a strong commitment to providing excellent care and service.

Additional Information
