Island Sexual Health Community Health Centre is seeking a medical practitioner to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide primary care services and focused sexual health services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including those with mental health and substance use challenges, and a strong understanding of the social determinants of health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients with diverse health needs

Requirements:
