Burger King is looking for an experienced Restaurant Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the daily operations of one of our restaurants, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profit margins.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize stock turnover.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
  • A combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
