Associate Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Job SummaryWe are seeking an Associate Engineer to join our OneDrive/Sharepoint team within the Professional Services organization. As an Associate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to support the service delivery functions related to the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint solutions for our valued enterprise and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Engineers on Sharepoint projects, which would include upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, administration, policy development, and user training.
- Work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Sharepoint/OneDrive, in accordance with contract SLAs.
- Help to mentor and develop Technicians on the team, and provide guidance on their technical skills and competence.
- Use your technology expertise to support a detailed, actionable Statement of Work with our architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Pursue relevant certifications and training for Sharepoint/OneDrive.
- Computer Science/Information Technology degree or diploma.
- Passion for building strong relationships with customers and driving great CX.
