Associate Software Engineer with Security Clearance

Job SummaryWe are seeking an Associate Engineer to join our OneDrive/Sharepoint team within the Professional Services organization. As an Associate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to support the service delivery functions related to the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint solutions for our valued enterprise and public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Engineers on Sharepoint projects, which would include upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancement, administration, policy development, and user training.
- Work closely with co-workers (internally), end-users (externally), and vendor representatives (Microsoft) on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Sharepoint/OneDrive, in accordance with contract SLAs.
- Help to mentor and develop Technicians on the team, and provide guidance on their technical skills and competence.
- Use your technology expertise to support a detailed, actionable Statement of Work with our architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Computer Science/Information Technology degree or diploma.
- Training and/or certificates to include; whether you are new to corporate tech, returning to work after a gap in employment, or looking to transition and take the next step in your career.
