Railcar Loader Job Description
FLINT Corp. is seeking a skilled Railcar Loader to join their team in Calgary, AB. As a Railcar Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading railcars with heavy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in railcar loading or a related field.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements, including CSTS-2020, Fall Protection, and WHMIS.
- Experience with Zoomboom or Skidsteer and TDG is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of operations and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work well with Microsoft Office Applications and participate in HSSE programs.
- Must have own reliable transportation and be physically capable of performing duties, including heavy lifting, pushing, and climbing.
Additional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen willingness to learn.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Work Environment:
