Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Services Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Student Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including registration, fees, and payment plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sponsors to provide necessary information and breakdowns of fees.
- Set up and maintain student files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with college policies.
- Act as primary backup for reception and print room, providing support during peak periods.
- Assist with facilities coordination, including dealing with urgent matters during peak timetabling and in the absence of the Facilities Coordinator.
- 1-year certificate in Office Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a related field, preferably in an education setting.
