Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Manager III to join our team. As a key member of our Vendor Management Office, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with TPRM policy and Vendor Management procedures, and driving value creation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage vendor relationships, including intake process, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
- Represent the needs of the business and participate in contract negotiations and vendor management governance.
- Support the implementation of action plans to address performance, risk, and governance issues.
- Work on contract renewal extensions and cost-saving opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement leadership, preferably in the IT space.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with supplier risk management and spend governance.
- Strong relationship-building skills, including influencing, conflict management, and negotiation.
- Experience with contract governance, contract review, and third-party risk management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
