Job Summary

Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve guests who are seated at the bar or in designated areas.
  • Create and serve our signature margaritas, specialty cocktails, and pour our selection of wine and beers.
  • Prepare and maintain the bar area, including making signature margarita mix, changing kegs, and preparing garnishes for service.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks to guests in the dining area.
  • Assist with managing audio-visual elements, such as music, lighting, and TV programming, to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Ability to remain physically active and engaged throughout shifts.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Previous bartending experience is an asset, but not required.
