Job Title: Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Financial Planning: Analyze clients' financial records and develop personalized financial plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Cash Management: Assist clients in managing their cash flow and making informed investment decisions.
  • Insurance and Investment Planning: Provide guidance on insurance coverage and investment planning to help clients protect their assets and achieve their financial goals.
  • Financial Statement Audits: Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work Environment: Office environment with regular interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Sedentary work with occasional travel required.
