Job Title: Financial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying clients' financial goals and objectives, supervising staff, and analyzing clients' financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial plans for clients and make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Arrange for the sale of financial products and investments, and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  • Supervise staff and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
Personal Qualities:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Accurate and dependable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Initiative and interpersonal awareness.
  • Judgement and organized.
  • Team player with due diligence.
