About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cable Installation Assistant to join our team at Gwireless Technologies Inc. As a Cable Installation Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth installation and maintenance of our cable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cable infrastructure, including tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Support tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Signal safety procedures to other workers and the general public, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in various locations, with a focus on physical demands, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
