Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and conducting regular cycle counts.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems, including inventory control procedures, stockroom organization, and supply chain optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless inventory management and minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including retail stores and distribution centers.
