About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: You will be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory, including creating shipping orders and labels, packing custom orders, and ensuring courier pickup.
  • Inventory Management: You will act as the gatekeeper for all inventory and physical assets stored in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, cleaning, and packing as items enter or exit the dock.
  • Communication: You will work with internal and external teams to ensure all inventory and shipments are correct and to coordinate shipping and receiving.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You have a high school diploma and ideally, have 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or a general warehouse role.
  • Communication Skills: You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone, or on paper, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors or vendors.
  • Technical Skills: You are a handy person who knows your way around a wrench and can make minor adjustments to wheelchairs and mobility equipment.
  • Additional Requirements: You are able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a clean criminal background check, a valid driver's license, and are bondable.
  • Nice to Haves: Experience using Outlook and Navision in a warehouse setting and/or a forklift certification.
