Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 CAD, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.

Job Description

As a Project Director, Digital Health Professional at Spectrum Health Care Inc., you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex multi-stakeholder projects in the digital health sector. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute full-scale project plans, schedules, progress tracking, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, resource allocation, quality review, best practices, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Daily project activities, effectively communicate project expectations, and coordinate team efforts to ensure tasks meet or exceed requirements and expectations.
  • Produce, track, and maintain project documentation throughout all project stages.
  • Identify and manage project scope changes, develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Support leadership in conducting stakeholder meetings and forums to gather feedback, input, and expectations, incorporating recommendations into project plans.
  • Foster a co-design approach to ensure client, family, frontline staff, and partner voices drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Presents regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through project reports and presentations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
  • An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Health Care/Informatics, or Business Administration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Proficiency in various project management tools, e.g., Primavera, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio, WBS Pro, and Eclipse.
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies is an asset.
  • A proven ability to lead, plan, implement, and manage projects and initiatives in a healthcare setting.
