We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fraser Health. Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, assessing their needs, identifying problems, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing education and support to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to the orientation and education of new staff members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance clinical competency.
- Graduation in current year from a recognized program in Nursing.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
