We are seeking a talented Retail Merchandising Expert to join our team at MCA - Merchandising Consultants Associates.

About the Role

This part-time, hourly position involves working with clients to optimize product displays and ensure brand representation is optimized. As a Visual Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up attractive product displays, arranging products according to planograms, and ensuring that client products are well-stocked and properly arranged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display Management: Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays that meet client standards.
  • Planogram Execution: Execute detailed planograms to ensure optimal product visibility and brand representation.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Reporting and Data Collection: Collect data using advanced image recognition apps and scanning technology to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
  • Reliability and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
  • Merchandising Experience: Familiarity with merchandising in a grocery, drug store, or big box setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in smartphone technology, including taking photos and utilizing imaging apps.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive under pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic merchandiser role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and take pride in their work. A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are essential for this role.
