\We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative and Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is integral to our company's success in delivering innovative maintenance solutions to private and for-hire commercial fleets.

\Responsibilities
\- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow revenue and market share of repair and maintenance services in your assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales pipeline and CRM system updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored maintenance solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and brief software demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition of our maintenance services and software solutions.
Requirements
\- Proven track record of success in maintenance sales, with at least five (5) years of experience, preferably in the commercial trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial class 8 truck maintenance, including preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
