The Bridge Youth & Family Services is a leading non-profit agency in the Okanagan region, dedicated to providing evidence-based and client-centered care to individuals and families. We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our community-based Addiction Nursing team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse to provide 24-hour nursing care and support to individuals navigating substance withdrawal and mental health struggles. As a vital member of our team, you will work in a medically supervised and secure environment, supported by on-site physicians. Our team values respect, connection, and empathy in every interaction, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for participants.

About the Role
  • Provide compassionate nursing care and support to individuals with addiction and mental health challenges
  • Work collaboratively with program team members, social workers, and other community professionals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and the broader community
Key Qualifications
  • RN/RPN with current registration with BCCNM
  • Experience with addictions and mental health would be an asset
  • Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • A salary range of $41.41-$49.44 per hour, plus on-call compensation
  • Extended health care benefits after the 3-month probationary period
