">We specialize in cost estimating, quantity surveying, facility condition assessments, environmental site assessments, and project monitoring for commercial buildings and office buildings.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Conduct detailed electrical and mechanical quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for various projects.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure project alignment and cost accuracy.
- Utilize Bluebeam and PlanSwift software for estimating and take-off tasks.
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications for electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Support cost management and control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide input on project estimates for commercial buildings and office buildings.
Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of Canadian experience in estimating electrical and mechanical systems is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with contractors is essential.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and PlanSwift software.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Advance knowledge in MS Excel is required.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
