About the Role

XLNCY SOLUTIONS seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with excellent analytical skills to work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop effective solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data security and analyzing business processes to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses to support system implementation and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Analyze physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and implement measures to mitigate these risks
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Resolve conflict situations effectively and efficiently, maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and reliability
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or IT-related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and precision
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
