We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Airdrie Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language
- Fluent in English.
