- Hire and Train: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring they meet the company's standards and expectations.
- Merchandise and Inventory: Order and manage merchandise, as well as maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reports and Performance: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
