About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Quebec region. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Job Description
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on appliances, including cooling units, drinking water fountains, and other equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and make necessary adjustments.
  • Change filters, wash and sanitize equipment, tanks, faucets, and tubing as required.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Respond to service calls, diagnose issues, and provide solutions to customers.
  • Uninstall equipment as needed, transport it to the workshop for inspection and/or repair, and communicate with dispatchers regarding schedules and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bilingual verbal skills (English/French) an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum experience in electricity, plumbing, and/or refrigeration an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fast learner, hardworking, autonomous, meticulous, discreet, and resistant to stress.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
