**Relevant du superviseur de la Maintenance, le titulaire du poste d’électronicien, sera appelé à**:

- Répondre à des appels de réparation et procédé à des maintenances planifiées sur des machines-outils CNC (maintenance préventive et corrective) ;
- Faire l’entretien et répondre aux appels de service sur des variateurs de vitesse Allen Bradley et ABB ;
- Faire l’entretien et la réparation de panneaux de contrôle basse puissance ;
- Lire et comprendre un programme de PLC, RsLogix 500 et 5000, CX Programmer, Siemens Step7 et TIA Portal ;
- Faire l’entretien et la réparation de Ground power unit, convertisseur 120VAC 400hz (diesel/600Vac) ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le fiabiliste afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et la fiabilité des équipements ;
- Effectuer d’autres tâches connexes, selon les besoins opérationnels.
- DEC en électronique industrielle ou DEC en électrodynamique ;
- Expérience de maintenance sur une chaîne de production (un atout) ;
- Expérience en entretien d’équipements hydrauliques et pneumatiques (un atout) ;
- Maîtriser le français parlé et écrit, avoir une connaissance de l’anglais (un atout) ;
- Être capable de travailler avec minutie, précision et démontrer de l’initiative ;
- Être disponible pour travailler sur tous les quarts de travail (jour, soir, nuit, week-end ;
- Posséder une excellente capacité d’apprentissage et s’adapter rapidement aux changements vis-à-vis certaines situations imprévues.
- Avoir une très bonne habileté de communication et aimer le travail d’équipe multidisciplinaire ;
- Respecter les normes et les procédures de l’entreprise lors des travaux (santé et sécurité).

**Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the incumbent of the electronics technician position will be called upon to**:

- Respond to repair calls and carry out scheduled maintenance on CNC machine tools (preventive and corrective maintenance);
- Perform maintenance and respond to service calls on Allen Bradley and ABB variable speed drives;
- Maintain and repair low power control panels;
- Read and understand a PLC program, RsLogix 500 and 5000, CX Programmer, Siemens Step7 and TIA Portal;
- Maintain and repair Ground power unit, 120VAC 400hz converter (diesel/600Vac);
- Work closely with the reliability engineer to increase the efficiency and reliability of equipment.
- Perform other related duties as operationally required.
