About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Swad The Taste of India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including planning, organizing, and controlling the preparation and serving of food.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 30-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
