Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to warehouse staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, reliability, team player
