We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at 2221841 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Your primary objective will be to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. You will also represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and select middle managers, directors or other executive staff. Additionally, you will establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will be required to work 35 hours per week and have a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Office.
