Physiotherapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and promote health and well-being in our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners
- Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)
- Two (2) years' experience in acute care, long-term care, or community setting preferred
- Valid BC Driver's license where required
