Supermarket Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supermarket Department Supervisor to join our team at NOVIN CASPIAN LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our supermarket department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and maintain a high level of merchandise presentation and display.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
