Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse - Rural General, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings, including emergency, surgical, and medical units.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients and their families.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Advanced preparation in a clinical specialty, such as emergency, surgical, or medical nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
