About the Role:

Fenwick Vacation Rentals Inc. is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect properties to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain our properties, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
