Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description

The Drake Inn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning staff with their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment.
